				<title>Montgomery County Health Department to Host Community Health Forum</title>

				As part of the Community Health Assessment Process required by the state of North Carolina, a community health forum sponsored by the Montgomery County Health department will be held on Thursday, September 18th at the Troy/Montgomery Senior Center starting at 6pm. The purpose of the forum is to determine health priorities for Montgomery County for the next four years. Food and door prizes for attendees will be provided.
