The NC Pottery Center in downtown Seagrove is having its annual pottery auction this weekend, Saturday April 26, 4pm - 8pm.

More than 150 pieces of historical and contemporary pottery will be auctioned off to benefit the Center's operations. Dr. Charles (Terry) Zug, author of "Turners and Burners: The Folk Potters of North Carolina" will be the Master of Ceremonies. The event will include a silent auction from 4pm -6pm and a live auction from 6 pm to 8 pm.

A light buffet and dessert will be provided by White Rabbit Catering of Pinehurst. Tickets are $25 for members and $35 for non-members. For more information contact the Pottery Center at (336) 873-8430.
